Motor Grader Grading Next To The TrainStation-Skilled Operator

So I got one more video on this section. Here we had a lot of material coming at once so we had to spread it out fast and then work on the finished layer.

Also, I get a lot of comments saying he is slow and this and that so please if you make a statement like this give a good argument on why he is slow. And give me examples. Because this is on how the grader works without the GPS only relying on the measurements on the wall and he can't even go faster because he is fine grading.

We were grading different here the hights of the gravel aren't correct because they only used wooden sticks and those wooden sticks are right there where the grader drives(and other vehicles). So this method isn't the one we use so everything behind the grader isn't the right hight when the roller comes. Don't know why did they want us to do this way. Also, they were it a big rush we usually don't even operate in winter.
