Cartoons and movies have a significant impact on children. From a young age, most have experienced watching cartoons. Cartoons have shaped human history. Cartoons are extremely unappreciated. Many believe books and literature are more important than cinema, which is incorrect on so many levels. Cinema is just as important, if not more important. Cartoons are more than just the skin surface; they have hidden meanings, messages and adult references. Cartoons teach kids lessons. They allow children to experience emotions within the show. Cartoons allow children to have emotional attachment. This enhances the child's moral personality traits. Cartoons teach about love, loss, sadness, happiness, envy and so many more emotions. The amount of time, blood, sweat and tears that go into making an animated cartoon show should not be shit on by book-dwellers. To show my appreciation for cartoons, I have created this tribute.
