Robin fick sin tv-skolning i Idol 2008, där han slutade på tredje plats. År 2013 släppte han sin första singel, då under artistnamnet B Robin. År 2016 debuterade han i Melodifestivalen och slutade femma i finalen med ”Constellation Prize”. Året efter var han tillbaka och vann allt med ”I Can’t Go On”, som slutade på femte plats i Eurovision. 2019 deltog han i Let’s Dance med Sigrid Bernson.

• Melodifestivalrutin: År 2016 debuterade Robin Bengtsson i Melodifestivalen med låten “Constellation Prize”. En femteplats i finalen följdes upp av en vinst året därpå med låten ” I Can’t Go On”. Med ett framträdande bestående av en kvartett dansare och ett gäng löpband kunde han efter Eurovision-finalen i Ukraina, flyga hem med en femteplats i bagaget.
