Contemporary Dance Class I Warmup & Choreography

WHOAH. This past Saturday was so fun! I taught a masterclass at Fringe Dance Studio in South Orange County and it was filled! Yay! Thank you to everyone who joined the live feed. I wanted to give you another chance to take a full dance class, so here's the vlog version! You get to learn contemporary choreography and do a dance warmup before you move and groove.
