Meditation on the whole lamrim and in the correct order is the essential practice of the path. Lama Zopa Rinpoche makes clear that without that the three principal aspects of the path are not there and thus one cannot achieve clear light and illusory body either. Within the third aspect, wisdom, it is important to realise the Prasangika view.
