Ingredients:
Pesarlu (green dal) : 1&half cup
Minumulu (black dal) : 1&half cup
Bebbarlu (black eyed beans) : 1&half cup
Rice : 4 cups
Menthi ( fenugreek) seeds : half tsp
Process :
Rinse and wash all ingredients thoroughly 3 times and soak for atleast 6hrs and then grind it smoothly by adding water moderately then leave it overnight for fermentation.
Next day morning it will ferment nicely then add some jeera and salt mix it well.
Now the batter is ready to make dosa or idly.
