75 g (2.65 oz) of sugar
40 g (1.4 oz) of starch
300 ml (10.14 fl oz) of milk
zest and juice of one lemon
300 ml (10.14 fl oz) of heavy cream 33%
2 tbsp. of powdered sugar
70 g (2.47 oz) of white chocolate
For decoration:
50 g (1.76 oz) of white chocolate
