[Weather] Cold morning, warmth returns this afternoon

Good morning. What a windy Sunday we had yesterday, and we are having a freezing start to Monday but it's feeling a bit colder due to cold winds. But we are expecting warm westerly winds to blow in from this afternoon, and we can expect much milder weather tomorrow and Wednesday.
Meanwhile, parts of Gangwon-do and Gyeongsanbuk-do Provinces are having a snowy morning with heavy snow alerts in place. Parts of Gangwon-do could see up to 5 centimeters of snowfall. However, south-eastern regions, including Busan, Ulsan and Daegu, as well as parts of Gyeonggi-do are under dry weather alerts.
For now, let's take a look at our morning temperatures, lows in many areas kicking off below zero, Daegu and Gwangju at the freezing mark. Sunny skies will be featured all day.
But highs will rise Seoul at 9 degrees, other regions will see highs in the low teens.
