Liberal City of Sydney Councillor Christine Forster has spoken with Sky News about what life was like growing up with the former prime minister, Tony Abbott, as her brother. Ms Forster told Sky News host Chris Smith her brother was targeted by his siblings for being “self-important” as a youngster amid the usual family squabbles.
“I’m very proud of what he’s achieved in his life,” she said.
“And I’m sure he’s going to go on to achieve many more great things”.
