To hell with Academic and their erudite reasoning. These ivory towered book worms have no "street smarts". We have to be aware of and reject the idea that the more advanced degrees an "Academic" has the more correct message. And conversely that people lacking these pieces of parchment have inferior reasoning or should be excluded from our conferences as speakers. We as Westman are in a fight for our survival and the best dialectics, strategy and terminology (best as in superior results with the public) must be employed regardless of a person's educational background.
