STANDPOINT: Is Parrikar gallery at Aguada justified? (By Sandesh Prabhudesai)

BJP Minister Michael Lobo wants to have a gallery of ex-CM Manohar Parrikar at Aguada Museum, which is meant to display memories of Goa's Liberation struggle. Freedom fighters have opposed it. Is it justified? Even to have Parrikar memorial at Miramar?
