New Delhi, Mar 01 (ANI): Public Relations Officer of Delhi Police, MS Randhawa reacted over rumours of unrest in Delhi. MS Randhawa said that the situation is normal in whole of Delhi. “It has been observed that some anti-social elements are spreading rumours to disturb peace.
