Locked On Bears - Bears salary cap flexibility limited by obscure CBA rules

The current NFL collective bargaining agreement has an obscure set of rules that only kick in during the final year of the CBA, which happens to be 2020. Lorin Cox explains why these limitations will reduce the Chicago Bears' salary cap flexibility this offseason unless the league and players agree to a new CBA soon.
