How to make a floral hoop cake topper

Easy to make a floral hoop cake topper adorned with beautiful flowers. This topper would be perfect for a wedding or a birthday cake

I decided to create a base for the topper to keep the flowers of the cake and also for the reason if you decided to create this topper with fabric flowers then you could be able to keep it as a keepsake.
The wire I used for the topper was quite thick and you could get away with using a thinner one to make it easier to assemble.
