I met Brady, owner of Encompass Fitness Studio, through a photography friend. I helped create a short video for another project of Brady's before she approached me about shooting a series of videos for her fitness studio in Estavan. Brady's approach to her fitness studio is different from the norm, she focuses on a open and welcoming community, leaving the typical intense and overwhelming gym atmosphere behind. Her gym is open to all ages, fitness levels and goals. She wanted the videos to have a happy, open and welcoming feel with all shapes, sizes and ages. Encompass has a great group of inspirational people, and I think this video shows just that.
