A delegation from the US praised the people and leadership of Rwanda for the progress the country has registered after the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi. They describe Rwanda as a shinning star to the rest of the world. They revealed this in an interview with Kigali Today at the end of the National Prayer Breakfast event.
