2020 RTR and Bob Wells teaches the 3 P rules of camping toilets in the desert at Quartzsite, Arizona. I am still a wee worried about Bob Wells as he gives peculiar information like others cannot understand reality. Very odd. It's not all cheap RV living for him, but that's another story... So pay attention to the 3 P's at the La Paz Fairgrounds. Bob would want it that way!
