So this is a side vlog to document my weight loss journey this year. I have been neglecting my health and putting off getting fit for far too long. Most of time I lose track of where I am with it, or lose motivation. However, I was recently inspired to start a vlog for this journey in hopes that tracking it visually will help me stay focused on my goals. I’ve been dieting for only two days, but I plan on making a real change and keeping it up. I’m starting this journey at 230 lbs and hope to get down to a healthier weight suitable for my body by the end of this year by losing at least 1 pound a week.
